Paradise Vacation Property Management is located at 107 Ambersweet Way, next to the Publix in Berry Town Center on Hwy 27. However, under the leadership of Gary Capon, we all say “behind Applebees next to the UPS Store.” Why make life difficult for your customers and homeowners? We say it just like it is, with no fancy terms or dressing things up. Property management is all about trust, and we stand by that motto. That is why we have put it on the back of our vehicles.

Paradise Vacation Property Management or PVPM (it’s not such a mouthful, says Gary) is pleased to offer a no nonsense approach to property management. We don’t make false promises of 45 weeks guaranteed rentals each year, but we do stand by our excellent record of making our owners happy with a first class service and a good quantity of financially rewarding bookings in our homes.

PVPM has a friendly staff, including reservationists (well we do get a lot of bookings), accountants, receptionists, in-house pool techs all qualified to the CPO standard, and maintenance guys who all know the value of a smile (they also can fix things properly!).
