M&S Air Conditioning and Appliance Service of Central Florida Service on time, with a smile

It's the excellent customer service that brings clients to M&S Air Conditioning and Appliance Service of Central Florida. It’s also the dependability and quality of service that keeps them coming back, according to owner David Macdonald. Macdonald and his business partner Steve Dullum transferred to the area from South Florida with the same big service contract company. They have worked together for 26 years, six of those as owners of M&S Air Conditioning and Appliance Service of Central Florida. Combined, they have more than 50 years in the air-conditioning, heating and service business.

For several years, they developed their business in and around The Villages. “It’s important to provide service on time and when it’s promised,” Macdonald said. “We give our clients a three hour window of when we’ll be there. I don’t want anyone to have to sit around and wait all day on one of our technicians.”

The company provides a wide array of services, including air conditioning and heating repairs, new installation, duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, and appliance repairs.

On weekends and after hours phone calls go directly to the owners, so service is available seven days a week. “Whenever possible, we want to provide service to our customers at their convenience, not ours,” Macdonald said.
