Georgia…She Says Bark, Y’all! Let’s give a warm Southern welcome to Georgia! Sweet Georgia was found as a stray before making her way to Houndhaven. Since she arrived at Houndhaven, Georgia has been a lovely, energetic girl. Life might not have started off great for Georgia, but she is not letting that stop her from showing everyone what a true delight that she is.
Georgia is a black lab mix, and is about two years old. She is a petite girl, weighing in at 36 pounds, so she would make a nice addition to any family, lap or sofa. Georgia is a fun-loving girl that loves to get attention from the volunteers, and loves to give us attention in return. She is a sweet girl and a joy to be around.
Georgia is enjoying her new doggie friends at Houndhaven. She has a boyfriend named Ozzie, and they have the best time playing together. Georgia also enjoys playing with toys and has a puppy-like quality about her. She talks to you and lets you know when she’s ready to play.
Georgia is a little Southern belle looking for her forever home and family. She didn’t let a rough start break her spirit, and she will love you with all of her heart. Georgia will bring love and enthusiasm into your home. Please visit to review our adoption policies and procedures, and complete an application.

Dyno is an special needs 8 year old Chihuahua weighing about 6 pounds. The vet said that he had a broken back in the past which causes him to stumble at times. He is sporting his new wheelchair loving life and zips all over the place having a blast. The vet said he is not in pain and this appears to be true. He is a happy, affectionate little guy. Now that he has a wheelchair, we would like to locate his forever home so he will have more time to enjoy his new wheels & explore. Will you open your heart and home for this special little brave guy? Forestering Dyno is also a consideration.
