This month Precision Hearing celebrated another year in business. Dr. Kristen Weinbaum founded the practice in Clermont because hearing loss runs in her family and even she lives with hearing loss. She wanted to bring personalized care that won’t be found at a corporate run hearing aid office or big box store.
Precision Hearing offers top technology and care from a Board Certified Doctor of Audiology, all while maintaining a small business feel. Dr. Weinbaum and her staff focus on the overall patient experience. John Hallis of Minneola says, “Dr. Weinbaum listens, then provides what is needed for you in hearing aids. Have never heard better in all my life. And provides excellent follow up service.”
Precision Hearing is an independent practice with no manufacturer affiliation. That means they carry and service all major makes and models of hearing aids. Dr. Weinbaum strongly believes in having options for her patients. “Hearing loss isn’t a one-size-fits-all problem. Each individual has unique needs based on their hearing loss, lifestyle, and budget,” Dr. Weinbaum says. “The manufacturers we work with are worldwide so our patients can easily get them serviced anywhere, which is a great advantage for our snowbirds.”
Dr. Weinbaum attributes her success to her loyal patients who have trusted her with their hearing healthcare since 2012. The South Lake Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the occasion.
