The Cooper Memorial Library will host a program sponsored by the Lake County Sheriff’s Office and Cornerstone Hospice of Lake County on Wednesday, April 17th, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in room 108 (first floor community room) of the library.
This senior’s self-protection class is sponsored by Sheriff Peyton C. Grinnell and the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. It is provided to Lake County residents at no cost. The first part of the class will cover general awareness and avoidance tactics, and the second part will teach you various techniques that may be used as an alternative.
You can participate in the level you desire, and perform to your physical ability. Light refreshments will be provided, along with your chance to win a door prize! You can register for this program and raffle entry with Kristina Grasso at email@example.com. This is a free program and everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
